We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with your Blue Sky Swings purchase. Our return policy allows you to return any Blue Sky Swings purchase, prior to installation and within 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied. No questions asked. All you need do is contact us first to get a Return Authorization by calling 717-656-8529 or by sending an e-mail request. Our Customer Care Specialists will give you instructions on how to return, at your expense, any new, undamaged piece in its original packaging and we will gladly refund the cost of the item less our original shipping and packaging costs. For products that were delivered by an Area Manager and had the shipping cost bundled with the unit price, we will charge 25% of the product price to cover our shipping and handling costs.
