We have trained factory representatives available for installation services year round throughout the following eastern United States: NH, VT, RI, MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, eastern NC; and in FL from November through mid-February. With the exception of Florida, delivery in these areas is included in the online price. For all other states within the continental United States, delivery is by motor freight. Add $380 to your vinyl swing set price.

Our installation fees are for level, trailer accessible locations. If your Independent Area Manager is required to perform additional services, such as site preparation or hand transportation of the kit to the selected installation site, there is an additional labor charge of $50/hr for those services. Extra labor charges are due when the installation is complete.

We can assist with installation arrangements in many locations including California, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois. In addition, there are quite a few independent installers who can help if you prefer not to handle your own vinyl playset installation. Easy to follow directions with pictures are included with each kit.

Most orders for Blue Sky vinyl swing sets are prepared for shipment shortly after they are placed - usually within 5-10 business days. However, occasionally it may take 2-6 weeks before your kit is ready to ship. If, for some reason, we expect delivery delays, you will be notified immediately. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

If your Blue Sky vinyl swing set is being shipped to one of our Independent Area Managers for delivery and installation, they will contact you directly to confirm the pre-scheduled delivery and installation time. Their name and contact data will be provided to you when you finalize your order.

If your Blue Sky Swing Kit is being shipped motor freight, shipping will be arranged by your sales assistant and the freight company will contact you to coordinate a delivery time and date with your schedule. After such arrangement has been made, if no one is home when the delivery is attempted, there will be an additional charge to make a second attempt. When an order is shipped motor freight it requires your presence at the time of delivery and your assistance unloading unless you order lift gate service for an additional $75.
