If your Blue Sky Swing Kit is being delivered and installed by one of our Independent Area Managers, they will assess and repair any damage caused by shipping.

If your Blue Sky Swing Kit has been sent via motor freight, please inspect it carefully when it arrives. Your swing kit is insured against motor freight damage. Please do not sign the Bill of Lading until you are reasonably certain that all your components have been delivered in good condition. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if you discover any damage. You and the truck driver must both sign the Bill of Lading with a note describing any damage that you see. This signed copy of the Bill of Lading noting all damage must be sent to us when making a damage claim so we can arrange to have replacement parts shipped at no cost to you. Please refuse the shipment if you discover that the kit has been significantly damaged during shipping.
